Unique Products for Heat Exchanger Protection – Erosion & Corrosion
UPS 105 EG THISTLEBOND METAL REPAIR PASTE is used as an all-purpose repair composite for exchangers. Mainly used on end covers, tube sheets, flanges face and water boxes. Two part solvent free epoxy which is highly machinable once cured.
UPS 200 EG CERAMIC REPAIR PASTE can be used in areas that are subject to high levels of erosion and corrosion due to its ceramic reinforced epoxy base.
UPS 115 XL EXTENDED LIFE METAL can be used when longer working life is required. It is also especially good in hotter climates.
UPS 205 FG FLUID GRADE CERAMIC is the top coat of choice for the majority of applications. It has a wide operating temperature, along which outstanding resistance to erosion and corrosion.
