What Can You expect?

• Extended Bearing Life
  With the elimination of flush water, comes the extended life of inboard bearings. Many plants utilise expensive bearing isolators with conventional packing. SEALITAL allows the use of inexpensive lip seals.
   
  
• Conforms To Worn Shafts or Sleeves
  The malleable, putty like consistency of SEALITAL allows for complete conforming of all irregular surfaces.
   
  
• Reduced Sleeve or Shaft Wear
  Since SEALITAL is self-lubricating and does not dry out, sleeve wear is virtually eliminated. Hardened sleeves or shafts are not required.
   
  
• Injectable
  Add packing while equipment is running. With the use of our high-pressure injection gun, a fitting at the stuffing box flush port, anyone can add packing as required.
