This "man-made  metal" is suitable for ALL metal coatings in fluid-flow situations. Hardness is not a limitation.

EXCELLENT RETENTION OF MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AT HIGH TEMPERATURES.
Up to 204^oC in DRY operating conditions and 93^oC in WET operating conditions, IPN ULTRAMETAL will give you continuous operation. That means, you can plan and execute your own repairs even in challenging "Hi-Temp" fluid-flow situations.

PHENOMENAL BOND STRENGTH: 1 TON PER SQUARE INCH.
This tremendous adhesion capability far exceeds engineering specifications and enables one to do repairs without sacrificing design strength or safety.

SMALLEST CURE SHRINKAGE IN THE INDUSTRY: (0.001" / 1")
Even in close tolerance situations, you can rely on ULTRAMETAL. Although all polymers shrink, IPN scientists were able to "Harness" cure shrinkage. We knows of competitive materials which shrink a lot more and yet which are marked "Zero-Shrinkage".
We caution end-users against such misrepresentations. In those repairs where even .001" / 1" cannot be tolerated, we suggest that IPN ULTRAMETAL be built up thicker than needed and then machined or ground down to exact size.

HIGH MODULUS: 400,000 PSI.
Means high resistance to deformation and will not creep under sustained load. This fact, coupled with high Rockwell Hardness (see above) turns "Dream-Repairs" into a reality.

MOST SUITABLE COEFFICIENT OF THERMAL EXPANSION: 39.6x10^-6 cm/cm^oC.

Easy to mix and apply because BASE:SOLDIFIER ratio of 3:1 by volume is kept during packaging of components so that you don't have to weigh or measure anything during repair. Just mix all contents.

You can mix full or partial units, so you do not waste any material by mixing more than the repair requires.
