IPN CLEAN AID

This product is designed for the effective cleaning, degreasing, dirt removal from all applications where an Advanced Polymer IPN COATING is being applied.

In ideal circumstances a minimum period of one hour should be allowed between blasting the application to be coated, application of CLEAN AID and the application of the coating material itself. This is to avoid any flash rusting (surface oxidation) that may take place in any predetermined atmosphere.

Whilst other solvent cleaners may be used, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that CLEAN AID is used as other, untested solvents, may leave residues that are not noticeable to the naked eye and subsequently prevent the chemical bonding that Advanced Polymer IPN's perform to the substrate surface. Further, any residues left by other solvents can lead to instances of dis-bonding of the selected coating.

To be sure - and right first time, Advanced Polymer CLEAN AID should be the preferred material for solvent cleaning of surfaces.

 

IPN RELEASE AID

This product has been formulated to apply to surfaces where it is undesirable for the selected coating to adhere to. This product also can be used when making finger-print molds where required.

IPN CLEAN AID should also be applied prior to RELEASE AID to avoid dirt, grease materials from coming into contact with the RELEASE AID.
