The application was for a warehouse unit that was being changed into a manufacturing unit. The requirement was for a Polymer Flooring System that would be Hard Wearing and Resistant to Fork Lift Truck and High Traffic.
The pictures below show the colourful coating (other colours available) with one piece of new machinery present.

Surface preparation is the key to a long life coating and this was obtained by blast cleaning the old concrete - washing down - and drying over a period of 24 hours.
The THISTLEBOND TPC 620 was then mixed and applied by ROLLER to the prepared surface. In this case a SECOND coat was used due to the HIGH TRAFFIC expectations on the floor surface.
A period of 24 hours was allowed between coats.
