Water-Borne Coatings

WB-100 Series

Fluorolast® WB-100 Series
Heat Curable - Water-Borne Coatings

The 100 Series coatings from Fluorolast are for applications in which the power of applied heat for "force-curing" can be utilized. This enables them to provide the most outstanding resistance to a wide variety of oils, fuels, acids, and other chemicals - even at very high concentrations and elevated temperatures. Additional benefits are heat resistance that is almost as good as silicone, a resistance to hot oil that exceeds that of acrylics, and weather properties superior to those of other coating types. It also offers the potential advantage of having a greatly reduced "cure" time of about one hour, which can often mean significantly reduced downtime and expense.

WB-200 Series

Fluorolast® WB-200 Series
Room Temperature Curable - Water-Borne Coatings

The 200 Series coatings from Fluorolast are designed to offer excellent chemical resistant characteristics under ambient or "room temperature" curing conditions. Depending upon the ambient conditions (including weather, temperature, and relative humidity) present, cure time may be from 3 to 5 days. Like the 100 Series, these coatings also promise a longer lifetime over conventional coatings, reduction of unscheduled downtime, increased temperature capacity, increased resistance to aggressive fluids and gases, compliance with tougher regulations, and proven performance - all of which will contribute positively to our customers' bottom line

Adhesive

Fluorolast® Adhesive

Our LA-4235 adhesive is unmatched for providing a way to "glue" things together in the industrial setting. Whether it's rubber-to-rubber, rubber-to-concrete, rubber-to-steel, or countless other applications (i.e. polyethelene insulation to itself) - nothing works as well as our LA-4235 does as a superior chemical-resistant adhesive.
