Problem

The concrete flooring within a manufacturing / process facility was subject to severe acid attack. This was a cause for concern regarding health and safety issues as well as environmental protection.

 

 

Solution

Application of two coats of ADVANCED POLYMER SUPERBARRIER at 0.2mm thickness, after initial surface preparation by abrasion of concrete base and in-filling of major worn areas.

 

 
RESULT:

The final job offered a long term coating protection for this area as well as making the production plant more environmentally friendly!!
