Problem

In an industrial plant that is manufacturing natural oils and greases, the production area has a HIGH HUMIDITY of 98%, coupled with HIGH TEMPERATURES and AGGRESSIVE DETERGENTS. This has led to chemical attack on surfaces exposed to these conditions.

Several TESTS with other protective products have ALL FAILED.

 

Solution

After correct surface preparation, two coats of Advanced Polymer SUPERBARRIER were applied.

This TEST has now been in operation for over 3 months. No problems so far.
