Problem

An inlet valve for the burner on an industrial boiler became STUCK frequently, causing operational problems. The STICKING was caused by moisture, which in turn caused corrosion.

 

Solution

After adequate surface preparation, two coats of Advanced Polymer SUPERBARRIER were applied.
