Problem

KSB Submersible pumps were being used to move product from LANDFILL SILOS. The product was SEVERELY damaging the CASES of the PUMPS and leading to SHORT working and operational life.

 

Solution

After proper surface preparation - the exterior of each Pump unit was coated with 2 coats of Advanced Polymer SUPERBARRIER at 0.2mm thickness per coat.

These pumps are now OUTLASTING the old units by many times.
