Problem

A major BREWERY in the Republic Of Ireland had severe problems with TILED BUND protection against a HIGH CAUSTIC CONTENT fluid. The TILES were in a very bad condition and were also LIFTING where the adhesive grout had failed.

 

 

Solution

The surface was first hand abraded by power tools. All areas needing REPAIR were patched with Advanced Polymer CRYSTAL QUARTZ.

The area around a drain was sealed by using Advanced Polymer INSTARUBBER.

All areas were then coated with Advanced Polymer SUPERBARRIER, using rollers as shown below.

This Application of Advanced Polymer SUPERBARRIER allowed the customer to SAVE THOUSANDS of pounds in BUILDING REPAIR costs that would have been required if TILES were to be used again on this site.
