Problem

A Cast Iron Impeller in SEWAGE application had suffered extreme damage due to solids in fluids, causing the metal to be badly eroded.

 

Solution

The damage was repaired with Advanced Polymer ULTRAMETAL.

 

 
The impeller was then coated with ONE COAT APPLICATION of Advanced Polymer FLUID CERAMIC to prevent further erosion/impact damage.
