Problem

 
Within a large refinery, the floodgate valves were corroded by seawater. Cover plates for flood gates, tube sheet heat exchangers with horizontal bundles, water boxes, sea water lines and cooling equipment were all suffering from extensive corrosion / erosion from salt sea water.

Solution

Application of Advanced Polymer GEL CERAMIC for damaged parts re-build.
Application of Advanced Polymer FLUID CERAMIC for future protection from both corrosion / erosion.
