Problem

 
Split Horizontal Pump unit in abrasive application.
This pump was coated with a competitors Ceramic Coating (Epoxy Resins) and the coating was dis-bonding as seen in the picture.

Solution

Removal of old coating and application of ONE COAT Advanced Polymer FLUID CERAMIC SYSTEM.
