Problem

 
Ceramic manufacture process causing EXTREME damage to pump case, volute, and back cover. Sulfuric Acid also involved with the application.

 

Solution

Application of Advanced Polymer GEL CERAMIC with added Silica particles mixed into paste and the applied. Top coat with Advanced Polymer FLUID CERAMIC and also Advanced Polymer SUPERBARRIER to prevent further wear and also to RE-CLAIM damaged equipment.
