Problem

 
This is part of the same application as Example 1. with the trailers.
Product ZINC/LEAD concentrates being prepared for shipping at dock side warehouse facility.
Problem with the product STICKING to feed hopper to conveyer belt ship loading system. Causing a lot of downtime and unscheduled stops as the operator had to keep stopping the loading process to physically remove by hand the product that was sticking to hopper sides.

 

 

Solution

First application of Advanced Polymer SUPERCLADDING followed by application of Advanced Polymer SUPERBARRIER. This enabled a reduced cost application due to the ability of Advanced Polymer to be mixed and matched.
