Extensive damage to pumps caused by mineral slurry in mining application.
This pump along with many others were waiting to be taken away as scrap. Warman pump units.

 

Solution

Application of Advanced Polymer GEL CERAMIC to all worn out areas and to re-profile all equipment. Application of Advanced Polymer FLUID CERAMIC to further protect from future damage.
Since this application was carried out, a further three pumps have received the same Advanced Polymer treatment to fantastic effect and MAJOR cost savings in PUMP SPARES and NEW PUMP UNITS!
